All businesses have the same basic need – to be able to attract new customers. Unfortunately, this is one of the most difficult things for new businesses to do. There are problems like lack of advertising budget, knowing who exactly your customer is and where to find them, knowing how to go about advertising on Google or social media sites and not having the technical know how to figure it all out yourself.

The first thing you need to do when trying to attract new customers is to learn who they actually are. This might sound stupid but hear me out. You need to know how old they are, where they live, how much they typically spend, how much they typically earn and what other related goods and services are they already buying.
You might be thinking that finding all this information out will take days or weeks of research. Not true. I can work with you to find all this information out in just a few hours. It is just a question of knowing where to look.
By knowing your customer well, you will have a better idea of how to target them in your website content and advertising copy. If you try and please everyone then you will end up pleasing no-one and this is why most businesses struggle to get new customers.
